Closeoutly is for honest turnover records.

Last updated May 17, 2026. These product terms describe acceptable use and service boundaries for Closeoutly.

Product scope

Closeoutly helps STR turnover teams create room-by-room proof packets with photos, checklist status, restock notes, issue flags, manager summaries, and acknowledgments. It is not payroll, dispatch, route optimization, invoicing replacement, legal case management, insurance adjusting software, or a property management system.

Account responsibility

Workspace owners are responsible for user access, property information, crew route sharing, manager packet sharing, and making sure people who submit or receive information are authorized to do so.

Evidence integrity

Do not upload fabricated proof, fake timestamps, misleading notes, edited photos without disclosure, private guest data that is not needed for turnover proof, or content you do not have permission to capture or share.

Scoped links

Crew route links and packet links are meant for the specific cleaner, manager, owner, or reviewer involved in that turnover. Do not post them publicly or forward them outside the intended review path.

Billing

Paid access uses Stripe-hosted Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal. Closeoutly records billing status so production workflow, recap sharing, and packet exports can be gated in the app.

Support boundaries

Support can help with setup, packet templates, checklist structure, crew capture workflow, and product usage. Support does not provide legal advice, insurance claim strategy, collection services, or dispute-outcome promises.
