Private STR turnover proof by default.

Last updated May 17, 2026. This page explains the product behavior Closeoutly is built around; it is not legal advice.

What Closeoutly stores

Closeoutly stores workspace accounts, business profile details, STR property and manager contact records, room templates, turnover jobs, crew route activity, proof photo metadata, issue notes, restock notes, packet exports, acknowledgments, email delivery logs, support records, billing state, and audit history.

Photos and property details

Turnover photos may show private property interiors, addresses, access details, guest-sensitive context, or damaged items. Workspace operators are responsible for collecting photos only when they have permission to do so and avoiding unnecessary people, documents, access codes, or personal items.

How access works

Authenticated app data is scoped to workspace roles. Proof photos, packet exports, and brand assets are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets. Crew route links and manager packet links use scoped tokens and can expire; they should be shared only with people authorized to work on or review that turnover.

Data export and deletion

Workspace owners and operators can download a structured data export from Settings. Workspace owners can request reviewed deletion. Deletion is not automatic because proof packets, billing state, acknowledgments, and audit records may need a scoped review before private files or records are removed.

Service providers

Closeoutly uses Supabase for auth, database, and storage; Stripe for billing; Resend for transactional email; and Vercel for hosting. These services process the data needed to run the product.

Contact

For privacy or data requests, contact legal@closeoutly.com or jobs@closeoutly.com from the workspace owner email where possible.
